Yes, assessments are used for all forms of counselling; single counselling, premarital counseling and marital counseling. Assessments depends on the nature of the challenges being worked on.

Yes, sessions are very private, confidential and professional. (Recording your sessions depends on you)

After payment is made, you will be redirected to a portal that contains a calendar, you can either choose from the available dates or we can agree outside the calendar if no convenient date time is available.

You can send an email ahead of time about it so that we can reschedule. Kindly note that after 30 days, your session package will be canceled if you don’t reschedule in time.

No, the prices are fixed

Please keep in mind that if you accidentally miss your appointment, you can reschedule it once for free; rescheduling twice will result in a 50% administrative fee. There are no refunds for scheduled counselling appointments.
